Dr. Paul Kavanaugh Dyer, MD

I had an eye problem that needed immediate attention. I was able to get an appointment within 90 minutes of my call. My information was taken over the phone so when I got to the office my file was ready and I was seen within 10 minutes of arriving. But I was also wondering early so was seen at the time of my appointment. Dr Dyer was able to immediately diagnose my problem and prescribe medication and treatment. When I left the exam room the front desk already had my prescription ready as well as being ready to schedule my next appointment. Dyer was friendly and engaged and caring as well as professional. His staff was efficient and personable. His offices were clean and modern. I could not be more pleased.

The staff is very immature and unprofessional! Such a bad experience...The waiting time is over an hour every time. I feel like some of Eastern Shore Doctors take advantage of the Doctors demand in this area. They do not care about patients.

If it wasn't for how much I love the doctor I would not continue to go. The office staff is horrible. They are rude gossipy and very unprofessional. They need a lesson in customer service and that includes the office manager which is no better.
