She is an excellent Doctor, she listens and cares about you

She is my primary dr. I love her and very attentive to my needs. If she can’t help me with something then she will refer me to someone who can. Never had any problems.

I saw Dr. Pauline Mungai for ongoing knee pain. While she did refer me to orthopedics, her overall handling of the situation left a lot to be desired. She was slow to return phone calls, showed little urgency about the pain I was experiencing, and didn’t seem particularly invested in helping me manage it while I waited for a specialist. As my primary care physician, I expected more responsiveness and a basic level of concern, but unfortunately, her bedside manner felt cold and dismissive. If you're a new patient, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere. If you're already under her care, it may be worth considering a switch. In my experience, it’s just a matter of time before frustration builds

I came to Dr. Mungai during a health crisis, open and vulnerable, asking for help .Rather than being met with compassion, I was dismissed. She crossed out the paperwork that was required, showed no interest in my condition, and made it clear she wasn’t willing to help, Beyond the lack of empathy, she did not seem well-informed on on certain illness or appear able to handle complex cases. Her approach felt more like a gatekeeper than a provider of care. While she may be fine for very routine or basic geriatric cases, I would not trust her to care for my parents and I certainly wouldn’t recommend her to anyone struggling with health. What I experienced didn’t feel like medical care it felt like indifference. Go to the walk in clinic or do your research and establish with a provider that has the education, compassion and beside manner to handle your health concerns.
