Dr. Phamela Bascon De Guzman, MD

I have increasingly been unhappy with this doctor. My most recent visit prompted me to write negative reviews and switch doctors. Recently, I went in for a routine STD test, among other things. Any sexually active adult should be getting routine STD tests after a new partner. Instead of ordering the test, she decided to ask me extensive questions on on sexual history. She called me a sex addict, while my minor sister was in the room, and went on a 5 minute tangent about my sexual life. Completely unnecessary and uncalled for. I literally had to tell the doctor to stop talking and that she was stepping over a patient-doctor boundary in a completely inapproitate setting. This is not the first time Phamela has brought her personal opinions into discussion when sexual health is brought up in an appointment. totally unprofessional

Doesn't follow up, doesn't return phone calls. Will find another doctor that will.
