Dr. Prakash Jethalal Doshi, MD

I have been a patient of Dr Doshi for over 20years. About a year ago I convinced my parents to switch to him. My dad was a breast cancer survivor and also was dealing with other illness’s. Dr Doshi went through everything all over again with my dad. After years of other doctors not knowing what was wrong with my dad, Dr Doshi helped find it. In the long run my dad ended up having cirrhosis of the liver. Everyday my dad was in either in the hospital or rehab center Dr Doshi was there checking on him. And when the end came for my dad Dr Doshi was there at the funeral and everyday since for my family. He is now the doctor for my mom, my three kids, my sister and my husband

The doctors are nice and they listen especially Dr. Dina she is very helpful.but the nurses and workers scare you and confuse you. I had blood work for surgery clearance 3 times, I received a phone call come back found something that isnt right they redo, call again "you are good for surgery" same day they call again "come back blood test is wrong" 4blood test, in the same week. They also charged me 3times to come back for their mistake. They really need to get straightened out because the doctors are good. Also Karla the receptionist to very helpful. Sorry hope things get straightened out.

Dr. Doshi, is an excellent Dr. the stuff is horrible, they need to get a training in patient confidentiality, patient services and all is not just about sticking a needle in a body but how to respect patients... rude nasty staff... what happened to the old employees.?? really

I told this doctor that I smoke occasionally, his response was I should go and jump in front of a running train so it makes it easy for everyone to deal with people like me. Huh. I thought it's a rude way of asking a patient to quit smoking. This doctor is very pre-opinionated, rude, and he acts like he is THE ONLY DOCTOR IN THE WHOLE UNIVERSE. Staff is not as bad, but heard they have been lethargic lately from many friends who go to his office.

One of the negligent doctor that I have ever seen in my life. I took my wife to his office as she was suffering with pain in Gallbladder. After checking her he took some blood for lab test that too a worst experience I had. His staff is not well trained and know how to treat the patients.He never sent my wife's medication prescription to our pharmacy that too knowing that how critical was it. I tried call many time to send the prescription to my pharmacy but never happened . I followed next day and he gave me a very stupid reason saying due to I carry Obama care Health Insurance it takes time to reach pharmacy ............. what stupid reason right :) well I will never to again and recommend this doctor anymore. I will follow-up this with consumer report to further step out.

The wait was so long that I walked out and never even saw the doctor. Upon leaving, the doctor rudely and scarcastically yelled , Happy New Year, laughing I tried to make an appointment 3 days earlier in which they explained that as a new paitient I would have to come in during those scheduled times. Strike 1 in my book... "I'm sick and need to wait 3 days... not nice. I go day 3 still stick, I went 25 minutes earlier to fill out paperwork etc. And I waited, and waited over an hour!!! While I watch the two doctors chit chatting in the middle of the office (which is a disgusting mess, btw) with absolutely no sense of urgency! I made it clear upon entering that I needed to leave within a certain hour, so in my book there is no excuse for being so slow! There werent even that many people there. Bottomline, dont waste your time! The office is old, dirty, dusty, and the doctors well are old, dirty, and useless! Since I am sick I made another appointment already and will… be seen today, not three days later! Happy New Year, back!

Rude staff n very laid back unprofessional admin staff

i made an appointment to see doctor doshi about my skin, and i never even met him. his male nurse took care of me, and was incredibly rude to me. he kept circling around things that i wasn't interested in discussing at that visit. he was incredibly judgemental. i would not recommend him to anyone. his receptionists have no idea what they're doing either. they go missing for periods of time and don't tell you to sign in if you're a new patient. i sat in the waiting room for almost an hour to just be unhappy after the entire visit. if you're below the age of 50, i say don't see him. someone else the same age as me had the same exact thing happen. doshi doesn't take care of young people and has someone else do the work for him. terrible work at that. now i have to go on a mission for a new doctor all over again.

Dr. Doshi is kind, thorough, and considerate. His office staff is exceptionally patient and kind and accomdating.
