Dr. Quentin Mark Adams, MD

Dr. Adams has a great level of patience in explaining situations and options for solutions/treatments. He has treated a few people in my family... all positive feedback from my perspective.

He listens intently to your comments/complaints, and comes back with good answers, along with solutions, then plots a course of action to work towards alleviating the pain you went to see him about. Extremely happy to have him for a Dr.

After waiting almost 2 months to get an appointment for my mom and them changing the time 3 times, I showed up with my 2 kids and mom only to be turned away because they don't allow children in their waiting room. My mom can not drive so I have to take her and I can not leave my 2 yr old and new born at home alone!

I was impressed with this Neurologists knowledge and honesty. He was helpful with many things and was willing to go the extra mile to find answers. When he hit the wall and was at a loss of what to do next he was not bothered by being honest and saying so. I really enjoyed my experience while seeing this doctor. I wish more doctors of all fields were as honest about treatments and options as he was. I only changed doctors because we ran out of things to try.

Dr. Adams is a breath of fresh air! A doctor with a great bedside manner, he is interested and focused on what you have to say. He asks engaging questions to help understand your situation and daily environment. He is visual, draws things out for you and writes down pertinent information for you to retain. He breaks down complex information/terminology into easily understood concepts. I left the office wanting to send this guy a thank you card!!

I have been to many neurologists about my issues with my head. Dr. Adams was the 1st Dr. that sat down with me and really talked "to" me and not "at" me about my problems. We sat down for 2 hours and he explained to me in terms I could understand what as going on in my head. We have a 2 pronged attack in progress and I have high hopes for this new avanue of treatment.

I went to see Dr Adams due to hip pain and numbness in my leg. After the MRI's came back negative, he said it was sciatica (although he told me during the appt that sciatica only occurs while sitting). I had numbness sitting, standing, bending.When the nurse called to give me the diagnosis, I explained that went against what he told me. She told me he was out of the office and I was never able to talk to him again. Turns out I had traumatic brain injury from a fall. this was overlooked.TBI can cause a host of physical, cognitive, emotional, and behavioral effects, and outcome can range from complete recovery to permanent disability. I am now going on disability because it was not caught soon enough. He ignored me!
