Dr. Rachel Sabo, MD

I was referred to Dr Sabo for Cataract surgery as I have extreme astigmatism. Dr Sabo carefully and completely explained all my options. She seemed very knowledgeable and informative. After I made my decision she explained what she thought the outcome of my surgery would be. My vision when I came to her was 20 50 in one eye and 20 40 in the other eye, optimistically speaking, and this is with glasses. I just received surgery on my 20 50 eye 2 days ago and could tell the outcome was going to be good. The next morning on my follow up appt. my vision in that eye was easily 20 30, now it is day 2 and I can tell my vision is even better. I can't wait to get my other eye done. Although she said I would possibly still need glasses to read or see perfectly I do not feel that will be the case as I'm writing this review with no glasses and only one eye has been done. Thank you Dr Sabo you have changed my life there is not enough room to tell you all of the improvements in my sight.

Dr. Sabo was great. The Statesville staff are wonderful. I would recommend Dr. Sabo to others.

POOR - TODAY I TOOK TIME OFF WORK (3 1/2 HRS I LOST MONEY DOING SO & GRIEF FROM EMPLOYER) - ONLY TO GET A CALL AT 1:26PM FROM THIS EYE DOCTORS OFFICE THAT MY 3:15PM APPOINTMENT WAS CANCELED. NO PRIOR NOTICE! THIS WASN'T FOR JUST REGULAR EYE EXAM EITHER & THEY RESCHEDULE ME 14 DAYS LATER... POOR OMEN, & SERVICE - IF I CANCELLED THEY WOULD REQUIRE 24 HR NOTICE - BUT I DIDN'T GET THAT RESPECT AS NEW PATIENT EITHER - NO NOTICE BUT 1 3/4 HR BEFORE MY APPOINTMENT WAS DROPPED BY THIS DR PECK OFFICE.
