Very satisfied with communication, diagnosis, and treatment. Office staff was really on the ball, thorough, and comforting. Dr. Ryder is attentive, explained my condition and treatment options clearly. His knowledge and demeanor was totally professional which earned my trust.

Reason for low rating was he scared me, announcing he didnt believe the report I had received at Duke that the treatment of possible ocular melanoma was effective. But after the ultrasound, backed away. So now who do I believe, the doctor at Duke oncologist or him?Or do I seek a third opinion?

Went for aneurysm in eye. He was very thorough and knowledgeable as well as caring. Had eye injection to clear up the blood. Would highly recommend Dr Ryder.
