This person blinded my wife due to his surgical errors and poor attempt to correct his errors. During surgery my wife told me that she could hear everything he was saying and it was horrible and traumatizing. He cursed horrible and handled her roughly although he was the one making surgical errors. He then tried to correct another surgical error Leak by putting a contact lens over it but to no avail. My wife' eye pressured plummeted causing yet another surgical wound, a macular pucker. Now my wife cannot recognize the faces of loved ones, she can't drive and has lost almost all of her independence. I would not recommend this person for anything but an investigation and accountability

So thankful to have Dr.Saltzmann taking care of my eye issues. Such a kind individual.Takes time to explain things in a caring manner. Listens to any questions. I've only seen him twice and each time it felt like he had been my doctor for years. I would recommend anyone in need of eye care to make an appointment with this knowledge able doctor! His staff is wonderful as well!!! Many thanks to the Belmont staff!

My mom is a patient of Dr. Saltzman and and evertime we visit his office his bedside manner is outstanding.

Dr. Saltzman did cataract surgery on me and now I have a hard time seeing out of my eye. When I went for follow-up after cataract surgery, he told me he didn't know I had that much stigmatism in my eye and that my eye had been measured wrong, never apologized. I asked what can be done about these errors, I was told nothing can be done, I'd have to wear glasses all the time to be able to see. I would never recommend him for cataract surgery. I would not recommend him period.

Dr. Saltzmann is top notch! He spent more time with my family and I than most of our doctors and explained my condition in terms I can understand. His bedside manner is outstanding. I highly recommend him to my friends, family, and co-workers.
