Dr. Raj Mohan Eliazer, MD

I have been going to the doctor for about 6 months. I was experiencing difficulty talking words. The doctor took me off that medication as well as another & put me on different medication. My body did not respond properly to the new medication so I call the office. After several days I called the office again when I did not hear from them & was told to stop the medication. I had already stopped that medication but I know that after being on the former medication for years you can not stop cold turkey. I was told the doctor would see me in a month. When I was in shakes & sever headaches I could no longer stand I saw my family physician who put me back on a lower dosage of the original medication. I have been back to Eliazer every month since & he has tried other medications to replace the my other medication. Each time I have had reactions from rashes to whatever. I call the office & they say stop the medication. No one ever follows up until the next office visit. Staff is… unprofessional, the doctor seems to only care about how many times he can get you in his office, not about actually caring about the patient. He did correct my ability to talk to people correctly without loosing words. For that I am very pleased. I have gained 11 lbs in the short time I have been seeing him.

ive been going to dr eliazer for about 2-3 yrs.He had an office on waters-but left to open a new one--i cannot find where it is..A very nice man and dr.I miss him

I am responsible for my mothers visits/trips to get to and from the office. I was contacted last night (Sunday) by my boss and told that I had to come in as my counter part was ill. My mother attempted to call the office as early as 6:30 am - which the office closed. She called again @ 7:30 and was told by the answering service to call back. She called back around 10;30 and was told that she would be charged $25 and that is the policy. This is outrageous and patients should know this. Things happen that cannot be avoided and the patients - especially elderly who cannot afford this are being ripped off. Your office staff needs a life and should be understanding - not ruthless.

The neurologic examen was very poor, like put your hands out, turn your hand, squeez, then the doctors was on the phone with an imaginary patient (while i could hear the answering machine options), then he said everything is ok health wise, please come back in 2 months.His stuff was very unprofessional, including the office manager. Was a very unpleasant visit. I will never go back to his office.
