Dr. Randall Joseph Falconer, MD

Dr. Falconer and his nurse Robin are truly amazing! I recently had rhinoplasty done by him and couldn’t be happier with the results. He’s very down to earth and professional. Made me feel very comfortable and reassured me he’d make sure I was happy with the results. I highly recommend him as a surgeon and physician!

I went to Dr. Falconers office to try and get help for substance abuse, I was very nice and professional when the lady said she would go over my records and let me know something, well she only works on Wednesdays, so that was a bad sign, I called her again the following Wednesday and was told to call back in 2 to 3 weeks,. now keep in mind I am a drug user and had to try and find something on the Black market. Well 3 weeks past and I called again, she seemed irritated that I called again, she still had no answer, I was told she would put my info on the DR.s desk and to call next Wednesday, well when I called back I was told He would not accept me as a patient, I even said I would take the Suboxone strips, although they make me feel kinda bad but nothing like withdrawing, and still I was Ignored and never given an answer, If you ask me he is running a S***** business, to make a sick person wait 6 weeks and then say no we wont take you, they should have said that at the beginning and… I could have went somewhere else instead of waiting on his sorry self to just tell me no. He should have his license for substance abuse treatment revoked, because they did me dirty and I may file suit against them.

Great doctor and staff.

My daughter has been seeing him for over 6 years for a problem with drug addiction and there is absolutely no sign of her being weaned off of the drug. The money she spends is taking away the ability for her to pay any of their bills and that places the burden on me and my husband. (He is retired and I am close to retiring.) If you have any decency at all you will help her and not harm her. Her personality has changed tremendously over the past two years and it breaks my heart that this continues unnoticed by a physician that claims to be certified to do this type of counseling.

He don't listen to patient, he listens to fake phone calls. I don't understand if he want people to like him or just kick people to the door, even when they have done what he wanted you too.

Dr. Falconer is one of the best doctors in Kingsport. Always listens to patient in regard to their problem, and is very willing to find help for their problem. I would rate him the best doctor I have ever had.
