Dr. Rangram Chandran, MD

This is my second review of Dr. Chandran My name is Ken Edwards, the last review I wrote was when I was 62, I am now 66 and still a patient of Dr. Chandran ( for well over a decade) and very grateful My vision continues to improve due to the care provided by Dr. Chandran as he continues to upgrade his knowledge and the technology so as to provide the best available care to his patients. From the very first day I became his patient he has educated me on how to improve my health in a gentle and caring way this continues today. I don't take my eyesight for granted nor do I take this highly skilled and compassionate Dr. and his amazing team for granted. I sincerely trust him and highly recommend him.

I was told that I had a detached retina. My Insurance gave me the names of several Ophthalmologists. I went online, researched & decided to go to Dr. Chandran. He immediately put me at ease. He's very caring, easy to talk to & makes sure you understand your diagnosis & treatment. It turned out that I have a wrinkle in my eye that doesn't need surgery yet. He's checking it carefully every 4 months & will let me know when I need surgery. I highly recommend going to him. His office staff is great.

He is treating me with eye injections for Macular Degeneration. I have some vision improvement. He is very busy and always in a hurry. He is not very receptive to answering questions and can be very abrupt. His assistant is very nice and she will try to answer questions. I will stick with him as he is familiar with my case.

Dr. Chandran truly cares about you and your family. He provides the most up to date care available. He will improve the quality of your life as well as your families lives. Each of his staff members, share his deep concern for all there patients. He and his team restored my vision from 20/60 to 20/20 he provided me the education and tools to battle the war against diabetes and saved my sight.
