Dr. Rebecca Aileen Thibodeau Khan, MD

I busted the gynecologist office where I met Dr Kahn she made me feel comfortable she don’t sugar coat things she look you in the eye tell you the facts give you an option, I loved her I don’t do doctors well because I always felt they didn’t have my best interest but Dr Jhan has proven me wrong she was excellent during my exams and my surgery she’s my BFF now she doesn’t know that, but I will tell her upon my follow up visit. I recommend her to everyone that needs a gynecologist

DO NOT GO HERE! Worse facility I have ever had to deal with in my entire life. I had a major surgery done, and part of what was suppose to be done that we had talked about was NOT! I am now over $2000.00 in the hole, over $10,000.00 if you include what insurance paid and have got no where. I'm sure doctor Rebecca Khan was possibly on some type of pain pill considering she had just got facial work done a week before my surgery so maybe that could be the reason she had a slip up. Right after my surgery when my family confronted her about what was suppose to be done she then took off, left the hospital, and wouldn't return mine nor the hospital staffs call. She then got her nurse to call me TWO days after my surgery to tell me she would like to talk to me. Would never talk to me over the phone. I finally get in the office a week later just for her to tell me, yes I took notes about all of this, she knew it was suppose to be performed yet didn't. She never signed the surgery papers with me… and went over what I was getting done she had me go up front to do it with one of the girls who answers phones who had no medical back ground. Three months later I have my appointment to finally talk to her again to get the surgery I was initially supposed to have done. My appointment is at 10:30, at 8:42 I get a call by Kristi who is I guess their manager to tell me that they no longer want to see me as a patient because they feel as my relationship with Dr.Khan has deteriorated. This establishment is full of nothing but rude, inconsiderate, non-helpful people. Hope you don't mind waiting on hold for 5-10 minutes at a time to just to get appointments for even talk to someone. INSURANCE FRAUD AT ITS FINEST. PLEASE IF YOU CAN FIND ANOTHER DOCTOR AND FACILITY!

I normally am very understanding of doctors, their time constraints, limitations, etc., but why I put up with Dr. Khan's lack of professionalism is beyond me? As a post menopausal patient with an incurable skin condition of the vaginal area she would greet me by saying how much she hated my vagina! How nice of her! And then when her half-hearted therapy suggestions were slow to show any progress she released me and gave me a pamphlet for a clinic that doesn't accept insurance! Thanks for nothing!!! Actually a blessing because I found a real doctor to follow me with some compassion and knowledge! Oh, and previous complaints about doctors discussing your condition in the hallway for everyone to hear is TRUE!!! Dr. Khan may be okay if you're having a baby, but I do not recommend her for post menopausal treatment. I found a wonderful doctor within a few miles who is 1000 times better then her in every way!

Love Her! She is an awesome Dr. I can usually get an apt the same week if I am having a problem. Sometimes I do have to wait a bit to be seen, but its WORTH IT! I would recommend any woman thats looking for a good OBGYN to check her out.
