There is a pattern in this office of having patients continually return for things that could be done at the initial visit. Rather than doing everything the first time they will tell the patient they nee to come back for the field test, a pressure reading, anything that will require you paying for a second or third visit. Be wise to this and say you want as much done at the initial visit. Also the highest priced medication or eye drops will be prescribed. Ask for the generic or lower priced ones because they are available but Dr. Casden likes the higher priced ones and stock investments he has. Do not let him talk you into a new cataract lens surgery. Both parents had mistakes in their cataract surgeries that never went away. If he wants to try something new---don't be the guinea pig. He can be very persuasive. It is not your responsibility to have your surgery messed up due to a new lens he wants to try. My parent never saw correctly again after being talked into this.

Pleasant enough but always in a big rush. My appointments are extremely important to me and I have questions. People don't want to be told they have a condition and not have it explained by the doctor. Be cautious about him wanting you to keep returning for appointments when it could all be done in one appointment.
