Dr. Richard Mast Reinhard III, MD

Terrible service, long wait times. Had to switch physicians for my children.

My grandsons have gone to Dr. Reinhard since their births & he has always taken great care of them. The youngest has asthma & he has given him the care he needs.

He did not listen to me nor really look at my daughter. She has had a bad itchy painful rash on her face for 3 months and He just blamed teething (which she has all her teeth in..) told me that's it. When really she has eczema that turned into Impetigo BC it went untreated. He was also wrong about a ear infection as well. I will never go back go and will tell others to avoid.

Dr. Reinhard will immediately show you a pompous attitude and inflated confidence, often appearing short and abrupt with you. However, I don't need a friend and can be perfectly happy with a well-skilled doctor with poor social skills. Unfortunately, his skills as a doctor are no better. He was the doctor on call when my daughter was hospitalized and his "care" for her put her in extreme danger. His communication skills with the nurses and other staff further places my child in danger. There are plenty of doctors that may not be my first choice, but that I would allow to see my children if their regular pediatrician was unavailable- dr. Reinhard is NOT one of them. His competence is literally such that I would not allow my children to see him even in an emergency. His reputation with other doctors, nurses, hospital staff, and supervising physicians further reinforces my thoughts on this awful doctor.
