Dr. Robert David Ball, DO

He has a very good staff, they are all kind. Dr. Ball is a very kind doctor and he really does care about his patient.

Good with "interventions", very poor bedside manner, seems interested in selling very expensive mechanical implants rather than taking a good pain history or discussing all available options in a risk benefit manner.

I have now had five appointments. The staff is mostly fine, with some being much better than others. And some are just down right mean. One was calling my name to come back, but it wasn't my name she was saying, so I ignored her. She went away, came back, again used the wrong name, but by this time there was no one left in the waiting room. It had to be me. She grumbled at me because I didn't respond the first time. Not my problem..... Read your chart right. I was not properly sedated for the second RFA. I heard every word they said while they were doing the procedure, Needless to say, very painful and I cried buckets, but they didn't seem to care. I have now gotten relief with the steroid injection so I am pleased the results of that procedure. I do agree with previous reviews with the assembly line process for dealing with patients. They don't give you much personal attention. I'm OK with that as long as they get it right. I just want to have less pain.

Very thorough and efficient. Friendly bedside manner. Explained procedure in detail.

I love Dr Ball & his staff! I travel an hour to see him.

Fantastic Doctor and excellent staff

Stopped seen Dr Ball..rude and arrogant. The office is disgustingly inefficient..you wait at least an hour free your appointment time. Rude non-caring staff.

Didn't listen to my complaint and made his own assessment of my pain. During the Ablation procedure he and the doctor & staff were talking about what they did over the weekend and didn't listen to me trying to get their attention that I was awake and in sever pain. The doctor nor staff never explained the procedure or what to expect. Being awake was totally in acceptable!!

I love Dr. Ball. While the office is extremely busy, he takes time out with the patients.

First of all I have to say I have never met the dr but when my doctor sent the referal over to their office. His staff lied & said they never received it. I was in extreme pain could hardly walk so when I went in there I was a crying mess needless to say they wouldnt give me a cortozone shot to ease the pain. I had a copy of mri & xray in hand. Even if they had scheduled me in a day or two I would have delt with pain. But no they didnt care. I am not a person to take a bunch of pills thats why I needed theyre help. So dr robert ball I hope u read this & feel real bad because guess what I have a professional job just as you do & its pretty hard to do your job because u cant walk . Also had to go get a copy of referral which was right in the next building.
