The worst gastroenterologist ever hands down. He is null & void. Nice & TOTALLY OBNOXIOUS. HE IS OFF IN NEVER NEVER LAND DOESN'T CARE AT ALL ABOUT HIS PATIENTS. WANTS TO PERFORM TONS OF COLONSCOPIES BUT YOU BEST NOT HAVE A PROBLEM HEALTH WISE BECAUSE THIS CHARLATAN WILL NOT BE ABLE TO HELP YOU HE HAS BETTER THINGS TO DO THIS IS THE WORST OFFICE ALSO. IF YOU CALL FOR ANYTHING IT NEVER GETS DONE. NO ACKNOWLEDGEMENT AT ALL. I CANNOT SAY ENOUGH BAD THINGS ABOUT DR ROBERT DETTMER & HIS HORRIBLE PRACTICE

Thank you for telling me what Google already told me and the lack of compassion. It's been one of my experience with doctors.

It's difficult to tell how good he is. His office has been very unfriendly and inefficient. It seemed to be a common knowledge among other doctor's office. He gave minimum information. The little information he gave was all canned generic information webMD provides. It's like the only goal is for them to charge for as many visits or procedures as possible. I've to spend thousands of dollars and I've probably heard less than 200 words from him ever.

Dr. Dettmer is the consummate professional, but makes you feel so comfortable...like you've known him forever. He is understanding and compassionate … just wonderful!

Dr. Dettmer reception staff is the most unprofessional and the most rude. They clearly know nothing about customer service, I don't know if they even give him his messages as I've called 3 times within the last 24 hours and they can't tell me if or when he'll call back. Why is he still accepting new patients when he clearly do not have time for the patients he has already. There's several doctors that work out of that location but because the staff is so poorly trained, I refuse to go back to see any of the doctors. I can honestly say that's the worse experience I've ever encountered at at a doctors office, it's a shame as I originally thought Dr. Dettmer was a very good doctor until I had to deal with his staff but as the saying goes, it starts from the top and trickles down.Sooner or later your business will suffer due to the ignorance of your staff. It's called Karma!

This Doctor is THE BEST. He listen to the patient, talks with the patient, explains in great detail the "ins and outs" of your dilemma. By the time your consultation is over, your'e already feeling better. Because he gives you the time to grasp and comprehend. I strongly recommend Dr Dettmer for your gastro issues.
