Dr. Robert Frank Bernstein, MD

WAS on Medicaid after 2 bouts with cancer (prior to the ACA) and was sent for a consult with this jerk. ALL he did during the visit was, very sarcastically, say, "The government just always has to bail you out!" This man is EVIL!!!

I've had the unfortunate experience of meeting Dr. Bernstein has he provided "care" to my father at Desert Regional. He was extremly rude to the patient, the nurses, and me. He may be a swell cardiologist, but he is extremely lacking in bedside manners. If I could give a negative rating for bedside manners and promptness, I would.

Love this Dr.. He is a smart man! Would highly recommend!

I think its strange that you go to a cardiologist and he never listens to your heart. Then gives you a stress test in his office and tells you its unreiliable because it gives false positive and negitive results. Why even bother then its a waste of time and money.
