Dr. Robert Scott Fell, DO

Dr Fell is one to be avoided. He cares about nothing but a paycheck.

I have been with Dr. Fell for 5 years. He has done a fantastic job of working with me to control my T2 Diabetes. He is straight forward and to the point, No BS Chitchat. The nurses are a hoot. We have great interactions, and I enjoy my visits. Any time I have needed prescription assistance the team is quick to respond. I am satisfied with my overall experiences with Dr. Fell and Team.

Never made it to a visit. His staff was very rude and lied that they talked to him. Aetna called back after I called them to complain then a very rude Vanity answered phone mumbling her name after asking for name twice hung up on us. I don't want them working with my care.

Great transition to new provider and their team

Probably one of the worst doctor experiences I have had. Definitely finding another family care doctor in the area.

His office seems to have a hard time answering pharmacy and patient request for refills. It literally takes weeks. The mychart is pointless they read but do not reply or do what wad asked of them.

The Staff was GREAT, but Dr Fell was a true Jerk ! I cried all the way home. He discounted everything I said! When I asked him for pain medicine until I could get in with a pain management, he told me I wanted them to sell on the streets! My husband has cancer. When I told him , he completely ignored me! No Compassion, No Sympathy! Never again !
