Dr. Robert Gaynor Berry Jr, MD

I was involved in an auto accident and plagued by chronic pain. Dr. Berry provided excellent care and relief. Conservative approach, which I prefer, with surgery not first most in mind.

Dr. Berry was so patient with me. I was in a car accident and at 29 years old with a new baby, this is not what I wanted in my life. He was kind and encouraging that I would get better. Sure enough, here I am. So glad he was there to help!

Dr. Berry and is staff were very friendly. I didn't have to wait but a couple of minutes in the waiting room and then only a couple of minutes again for the doctor to show up. My Lumbar Epidural was a great success!

As I sat in the exam room waiting to me the Dr, I could hear the girls out front in the hall way discussing my medications I am on and that I am a drug seeker. I was referred to him by my chiropractor because He thought I might have something wrong with my neck. He spent 2 seconds with me accused me of wanting pain meds and I wasn't even on them. I left the office in tears, Spoke to the Manager and told her I wanted my co pay back and not allow them to bill my insurance. I also informed them, if they did I would go to the medical board and file against them for breaking the Hippa law which means the staff can not discuss your medical information to other employees and where other people could here I asked asked Dr Berry to call me. He did and I told him That he humiliated me and what he did was wrong, at any time he could have contacted the pharmacy board to see what meds I was on,, Not one pain meds, I was one med for adhd!!! He said his employee had a previous drug addiction… and was overly sensitive, I said they broke the law but most importantly he lost a patient and a nurse that sees 50 people a day and refers out and will no longer refer to him.

Knowledgeable & thorough

Dr. Berry's back injections and the subsequent therapy he prescribed for me are the reasons I have experienced great improvement in my overall back pain, related shooting pains in my hamstrings, and pains I experienced all the way down my left leg to my foot. The therapist has equipped me to be able to continue a course of home therapy that is helping me progress even further. I give Dr. Berry my highest recommendation.

Dr and his staff are friendly and caring. I am much better after treatment and therapy. I would recommend to others.

I have been seeing Dr. Berry now for several months and I must say I have been very impressed on the quality of care I have received from the doctor and his staff! I have been suffering from back pain for 2 years and the epidural injection has done wonders for me! I am happy with the relief I have gained from it. Dr. Berry has been very attentive to my needs and do not rush me out of his office like I have experienced with other doctors at different offices. He displays a very caring attitude and so far I have been pleased with his care of me!
