The Collaborative Patient Care approach means your medical provider will ALWAYS have the time to fully listen to and evaluate your situation.  They will explain, support, and give clear medical guidance at each visit.  Long Life Med’s Collaborative Patient Care approach empowers and motivates our patients to achieve their optimized health.

This is why Long Life Med’s patient roster will ALWAYS be capped at only 20% of what a typical primary care provider (PCP) sees on a daily basis so you can get SAME DAY or NEXT DAY appointments instead of waiting hours or weeks to be seen, and you could spend an hour (or maybe even 2) face-to-face with your medical provider instead of the typical 5-10 minute visits with regular providers.
