Dr. Wing Chee Chau, MD

This Doctor is great. He is compassionate as far as treating his patients with medications, which were approved by the FDA, for acute as well as chronic pain. Im willing to bet that the bad reviews this Doc has gotten thus far are because of his ability to see through the Bull Sh$& and weaned said patients off the meds. He may not have the best bed side manner, but as a pain management doctor whose been duped by so many patients, I can understand his demeaner.

I was referred to Chau (I will refrain from calling him doctor, as I'm not sure he is qualified as such) by my primary care provider, for pain management. I was diagnosed more than a decade ago with a very serious lower back problem that causes me chronic neuropathic pain. My previous pain management doctor prescribed me NON NARCOTIC pain meds, and it was these same meds I was seeking from Chau. I am not a junkie seeking a fix, I am someone who endures crippling lower back pain that requires non narcotic medications to manage. After a single light touch on my lower back, Chau effectively kicked me out of his office, citing I had no lower back injury. There were no diagnostics performed nor referrals for diagnostic imagine. Nothing. Simply "there is nothing wrong with you", and that was that. This doctor is a quack. Stay the heck away. Far, far away.

I am a female and have been seeing Dr. Chau for a few years now. It is only about the money with him and I have never had a Dr. not ask me at the time of my visit how things are going, if there are any changes, and so on like a Dr. should do. He spends about 30 seconds with me and his bedside manner is the worse I have ever seen.... I have had friends who have seen him who abused there Meds and his very words were I would rather her get her Meds from me than on the streets and she did that too and she ate her Meds and he knew it. The sad thing is its hard to get into another Dr. or even find one that care anymore period! What is a person to do when they have to live with so many different injuries you just want to end it all and than you have to deal with a Dr. like him....So much for the Oath Drs. take!

The staff is rude and unprofessional. Their top priority is money, With little to no compassion for the you. The office is old and smelly. Do yourself a favor stay away!
