Dr. Robert Gerald Kincaid III, DO

Grateful for Dr. Kincaid & his staff! After many years of care at this office, I could not imagine trusting anyone else with my primary care.

Very knowledgeable and caring. I highly recommend Dr Kincaid.

I called a month ago to get an appointment and was told I already have one. So I arrived for that appointment to be treated very rudely and told I don't have an appointment. When I tried to explain, the lady at the front desk walked off while I was speaking. It was very upsetting and the other clients in the waiting room were shocked as I'd been talking with them and I'm a very nice person always. It was a sad experience.

Husband had a CBC done and it has been over 2 months and yet have not received a call back to say if results are ok or not. Usually get a call back from office a week or later after leaving a message. Does not get records from other doctors after requesting for them over and over.

The front desk is just downright rude...first time I thought maybe they were having a bad day but it is every time. Most people they see aren't feeling well to begin with..(I mean they ARE at the doctor's office) so one would think they would be EXTRA thoughtful but instead they seem to go out of the way to make you feel as if you have intruded on their time and space. However, I happen to be in when what appeared to be a drug rep came in...Oh my goodness...At least I saw that they COULD be nice when they wanted to be. My only other major complaint is not having a time set aside for sick people...I am talking the sudden sick people...sorry but when I wake up with something an appointment a month from now does me no good. Isn't telling a patient to go to immediate care taking business away from this office. Seriously, please set more time for the sick people...wellness checks can wait...sick can't Once you see the doctor, I have no complaints...but then again..it is like getting… in to see the Great OZ

He's set in his ways and disregards the lab tests he ordered when making his diagnoses'. Upon leaving the office the nurse gives you some paperwork, one of which is the summary of the office visit. Listed there are items which state "Items discussed this visit" and may contain one or two items actually discussed, but the rest were never talked about. I'm looking for a new doctor.

Office staff were very unconcerned, unprofessional, and unorganized. I am very unhappy with this office.

Took our 4 year old their without an appt because she had a cold. They don't take walkins. Well if I knew she was going to wake up sick I would have called the night before. Very rude receptionist, couldnt find our file, just not caring about our daughter that has a cold so bad her eyes were almost swolen shut. No body in the waiting room and we still had to come back an hour 1/2 later to be seen. I'm finding a real family practice for our 4 children...

When asked why I needed an appt I told receptionist to find out if I was having a stroke or a migraine (I'd been to ER before only to be told migraine). So this doctor says I have a virus. My 15 yr old tells him she thinks its a stroke. This makes him get up and actually do something. I had to hold my arms out straight and he shined a light in my eyes. He says no. So my daughter helps me walk out. I can't write a check so I hand over a credit card. I drop my receipt twice, daughter gets it twice. He was always rude, but I fiqured just to get a flu shot once a year what the heck. I never get sick. BIG MISTAKE. I had an ischemic stroke.
