I have tried for the last 4&1/2 to 5 months to pay you $500.00 but your Lil girl up answering the phone doesn't have a care or clue about excepting payments. The young lady before her had no trouble excepting phone payments. The child out front now has no clue. She promised me a statement in the mail which I have yet to receive. She told me to call back this week because the billing department was out last week when I called, today she tells me billing isn't in the same building. I have phoned in most of the payments you have received for my surgery. My insurance Blue cross blue shield has notified me they won't be paying the 2018 claim for said surgery because your billing waited too late before they filed the $25,000 and some $'s. I was unable to do the things that I love to do, including agricultural photography. Although I am continuing to heal from the complex surgical procedure performed by Dr. Kimber, I am in less pain and have improved function since beginning the process. Dr. Kimber is the best doctor I have ever met! After an accident, I had 8 years of severe back pain and leg numbness that kept getting worse until my whole life was miserable. I had trouble walking because of pain and leg weakness. I could not hold up my motorcycle and dropped it when my leg gave out. Dr. Kimber gave me his time and thoroughly explained everything to me. He was totally honest with me about my condition and my options for treatment. He did back surgery and now everything is better! My pain is gone and my leg is strong again. I can feel my legs and feet again. I can ride my motorcycle again. My overall activity level is the best it has been in 8 years and I was even able to do some home repair projects that I thought I never could do again. His office and the hospital were fantastic and treated me great. I am extremely happy to have found Dr. Kimber and that I went ahead with the surgery. It has made my life so much better and I now have great hope for the… future without pain.

I can hunt again! I had constant arm pains and numbness that was making my life miserable. Before my surgery, I was too weak and painful to do any mowing or yard work, and worse -- I could not HUNT anymore! Dr. Kimber spent a lot of time with me carefully explaining my neck MRI and CT scan pictures and showed me why I was having so much trouble. And he showed my how he would fix it using models and pictures. And fix it he did! My neck surgery has given me strength and use of my arms back, and relieved my arm pain and numbness, and now I can hunt again! And I can do some yard work, which makes my wife happy. Dr. Kimber has a light-hearted and kind personality, and truly listens to my problems. His staff are excellent and very helpful, and were easily able to help me get all my arrangements made for surgery. Also, the Merit Health Biloxi hospital, nurses, and anesthesia doctors were very pleasant to work with, and gave me wonderful care after my surgery. I highly recommend Dr.… Kimber and his team for anyone who has neck or back problems, because he will get to the bottom of the problem and can fix it.
