Dr. Robert Manuel Palacios, MD

I have been a patient of Dr. Robert Palacios for well over a decade. Currently, I am being treated for various musculoskeletal conditions. As additional ailments arose throughout the years, I chose to remain under Dr. Palacios' care. He has gained my trust by providing exceptional, current knowledge in his field, he is empathetic and listens attentively to my pain and mobility concerns, and he is well aware of my needs. The doctor facilitates the appropriate follow-up care and provides clear explanation and clear information, answering my questions in a way that I can understand. Dr. Palacios provides thorough exams ensuring that I'm given the best care available. He provides me with educational tools to understand and help manage my conditions, with our focus being on improving my quality of life and the ability to perform daily activities. Without hesitation, I highly recommend Dr. Palacios to my friends and my family.

I waited 45 munites in the waiting room, I thought they forgot about me, I opened the door and asked his assistant, she said she doesn’t know what time he can see me or how long it will take, he is in another room, I asked myself then why have appointments! I understand sometimes doctor get unforeseen situation or emerhpgencies, however, out of curtesy someone should have informed me that the doctor will be a little late, but nothing, and when I left she was like whatever, a doctor of no doctor, if I treat my consumers that way I will be out of business in no time.

The care and treatment was a success!

There is no ease in making appointments. Doctor gives you many options being I was diagnosed with arthritis in my knee; however, I was going to be called back to receive an injection and never got a call back. One will stay ion the phone for hours trying to contact a live person on the phone. Super annoying. Messages are also never returned. Left many messages to the MA and nothing (no return call) as of this date.

Dr. Palacios - is incredibly patient and kind. He listens to what you say, asks a multitude of questions and is spot in diagnosis each time I have seen him. He makes sure you are not in pain and knows how to give cortisone shots without any pain. Highly recommend this practice.

I went to Dr. Palacios for knee pain recently. He explained what was going on and the various treatment options and which one he felt would be best for me. I recommend Dr. Palacios for orthopedic treatment, I will go to him for any future problems.

I've been treated by Dr. Palacios for the past several months for arthritis in my knees. Right from the first visit he has been very caring and attentive to my needs. He is very easy to speak to and takes time to discuss the condition, treatment options, and address any questions I've had. He is a true physician who manages to combine knowledge, professionalism, and still maintain a personal manner. I only wish there were many more like him!
