I’ve never had such a disappointing experience with an eyeglass store. I brought in my glasses for repair, and the store actually broke the bridge. I was told I’d get my original glasses back, but weeks went by, and I was repeatedly given the runaround—only to eventually be told they couldn’t be found. After all that, the store offered me a replacement pair, but the new glasses are noticeably poor quality. They fog up constantly, don’t match my original prescription, and just feel cheap overall. When I tried to get the issue resolved, I spent weeks calling and following up, only to be told it was the ophthalmologist’s fault. My eye doctor confirmed that the prescription is correct—the problem is the glasses themselves. I’m now stuck with subpar glasses and no resolution after weeks of back-and-forth. This was handled very poorly from start to finish, and I wouldn’t recommend this store to anyone.

Dr. Scharfman is a good doctor, but his practice is run by his office manager who is as unprofessional as they come. I have heard her speak to his employees so nasty I don’t know how he keeps his staff. I would not recommend this office. If you would like a Bipolar office then this would be the perfect fit.

MY VISIT WAS LIKE A NIGHTMARE.. THE GIRLS IN THE BACK WERE VERY PLEASANT AND I WISH THEM THE BEST. I WANT TO THANK YOU, TO THE DOCTOR, FOR NOT ATTENDING TO MY NEEDS. IF YOU HAD SCHEDULED THE OPERATION, IT MAY NOT HAVE COME OUT GOOD. I DON'T WANT TO BE BLIND. THANK YOU AGAIN. I NEED A DOCTOR WHO WOULD CARE FOR ME. BY THE WAY, I WAS TREATED THIS WAY BECAUSE I ASKED A QUESTION. THAT IS THE TRUTH, I WASN'T LOUD, DIDN'T SHOUT, THERE WERE 4 PEOPLE IN WAITING ROOM WITH ME,.INCLUDING MY WIFE, WHO WOULD STRAIGHTEN ME RIGHT OUT. AREN'T DOCTORS SUPPOSED TO HELP PEOPLE?

Dr. Scharfman performed cataract surgery on my eyes. I can’t believe how well I can see now. His bedside manner is excellent. He made me feel relaxed and confident. I recommend Dr. Scharfman very highly.

this dr was very thorough but named several very alarming conditions/diagnoses without any invasive or comprehensive testing. Prompted me to seek a second opinion.
