if I could give no stars I would. He clearly did not care that his corpus location medical assist Angelica was a rude belittling office phone bully and upon informing the office manager in Alice Tx, Tammy, Tammy was worse than Angelica. They neglected my health, records are incorrect, scheduling was a mess 3 times, they are argumentative aggressive talk over me yell at me and belittle my medical conditions. I have patient portal screen shots of everything BEFORE the immediately cut me off of the portal. I will not allow his office to bully me and I refuse to allow dr Diaz to neglect my health and not care one bit at all that his staff Angelica and Tammy were straight up bullies. They prescribed me medication that I was never being seen for, 3 mess us, still no meds and dr diaz called in several days later a med that was not even a med per HEB! they do not put my reasons for being there on the record. Tammy the office manager is a liar and a immature bully about this issue. I will… report them to the medical board as well as go legal on them. No one should ever have to be subjected to such toxic behavior and dr diaz did not care one bit. Well that explains why the staff is so toxic!! led by example and a poor one at that,.,I am legally entitled to how they made me feel and say what I experienced with them.

I went in to the office to get a TB test. I have never been there before, front office staff was very courteous and helpful, I didn't have a long wait. Once called in, the nurse was very informative about the test I was getting. With the experience I definitely return in the future.

Appears very knowledgeable, accommodates needs, prompt in refills and referrals. Great staff, great PAs and NPs. Love this practice.

I'VE BEEN A PATIENT OF DR. DIAZ'S FOR MANY YEARS NOW, AND HE IS A WONDERFUL DR. HE ALWAYS HAS TREATED THE PROBLEMS I HAVE HAD. I LIKE THAT HE IS NEVER IN A RUSH AT THE TIME OF VISIT.

Great physician and staff

Dr. Diaz and his team are wonderful and experienced people. He’s been my physician for over 6yrs and he always has time to sit down and listen to the issues at hand, even with his busy schedule. Some may not be able to see him because he is always booked but he has pin pointed multiple problems with myself and my family members. I highly recommend him and his team!
