This Doctor was wonderful. Clear and kind and spot on with diagnosis. Thorough. I would tell my friends to look out for her at the hospital if they had to go - and remind her (with thanks) that she saved my life.

Dr Gross took care of my girlfriend and gave professional advice with a very caring attitude.

Dr. Gross, at the onset, seemed organised, no nonsense and competent but has since shown her trus colors. Delayed responses and less than honest excuses for lack of answers have been worrisome. This was clear when she claimed to not have test results, she did not review before appointment, that were ready for over one week. Each visit is rushed and questions are dismissed as if they are stupid. She is rude and condescending :( This has caused us to see second opinion.

Dr. Gross asked good questions and seemed intelligent. At the same time, she was hurried, dismissive, and rude. She made it clear that she had little time for me--specifically, she told me she had little time and dismissed several of my questions. Being sick is difficult enough without the doctor providing more difficulties.

She is the least competent doctor I have ever met. As a fellow physician I am absolutely shocked that she is board certified.
