Dr. Robyn M Moncrief, MD

My mother was schedule needs a breast removed and she was the only surgeon the insurance will cover. She was so rude in her explanations. She is not a type of Patient Centered Doctor .

Dr. Moncrief saved my life and I will be forever grateful. She was meticulous in her reading of my chart. She went over in detail what would be done. She did my masectomy perfectly and left them in beautiful shape for the plastic surgeon to come in and do his job. I am sorry I didn't get in to wish her well. Thank you again Dr. Moncrief.

I'm glad she's leaving the practice, maybe she learn to care about her new husband and his children and not herself all the time. I pray everyday that she was a good surgeon as she removed my cancer and both breast.

My first experience with Dr. Robyn Moncrief was the worst experience I’ve ever had with a doctor. She was extermely rude and spoke to me in a judgmental manner. She didn’t give me the sense of security or care. I left her office feeling very upset. I would never go back nor would I referr her to anyone that I know. If I could rate her a zero that’s would it would be not a one star.... she doesn’t deserve that.

Dr. Moncrief was great at explaining the findings, the procedures, and what to expect. Everything was just as she said. She made me feel confident and helped me keep a positive attitude through the process. I'm thankful she was there for me.

Dr. Moncrief should be called My-grief. Nearly 2 years of growing lumps attached to my nipples but because they weren't cancerous, they were inflammation, she didn't have time for anything. Biopsy after biopsy, every single appointment to notify me of the results, she'd CANCEL, making me wait until the following week. No follow through or information about my condition.When I finally complained, she lectured me about how she doesn't have time to talk to me and come back in six months. Well, don't count on it. I went to a compassionate breast specialist. Who referred me to a rhuematologist, who within 1 week, has me out of the worst of the pain, and at least on some type of plan of treatment. Beware, She'll cancel appointments you make weeks in advance for "conferences" or her staff will cancel telling you she doesn't do "those kinds" of appointments on the day you scheduled. No bedside manner, no real compassion, plastic as a barbie.

Dr Moncrief was a Godsend when I was diagnosed with Breast Cancer. I couldn't have imagined better care than she gave. She made both me and my husband the confidence that she was going to get us through this very scary point of our lives. She has our total trust and admiration.

The staff is amazing but the doctor herself is condescending at best.

My journey with Cancer started with Dr. Moncrief. She is compassionate and I am so glad that she took this journey with me. Twice she performed a double lumpectomy and took the time to see me the day before the operation to explain further why I needed the procedure. Her hugs are sincere!!

She comes across warm and slightly guarded. - how could you not ! You are dealing with scared people's lives ! She was not implusive, but deliberate. She is well read and yet open to listening to your thoughts. She is a tough cookie but with a huge heart and willinnesness to help. I thank goodness she was there for my best friend. A wonderful human being with all the skills needed to be a good surgeon. I trust her. Thank you Dr.'Moncrief you make people happy because you clearly are happy and comfortable in your role ! Continued success and be fortunate if she is the one to pull you out of troubled waters.
