Rude ! He ignored our concerns about no loud soud test. He neglegently perform rinne's test without obtained our consent, without any information explanation. My son's tinnitus was triggered right after he forcefully performed the rinnes's test!

very impressed by himself, must enjoy the sound of his own voice as he puts down other Dr.'s.

Dr. Zundel is compassionate and does an excellent job in his surgeries. The scar is not noticeable. He found more than expected in surgery and followed up on that appropriately. We would recommend him to others.

As a patient ,Iwas given not only professional but kindness in my care. I never felt that there wasn't time for me and he made sure all my questions and concerns were addressed. Having cancer is,at best, a very scarey time and he made me feel confident in the path to recovery.

My Dr. referred me to see Dr. Zundel for on ongoing sinus issue.I called (twice) to make an appointment and the person who answered the phone was so rude and unfriendly both times I called, I decided to find another doctor on my own. To me, the experience I have with any given staff, receptionist, etc is almost as important as having a good doctor.They are, after all, on the 'front lines' and give a first impression, either good or bad...

If you are reading this, do not go here!I had issues with trusting the doctors judgement and also billing. Here's the whole story:I went to the clinic to get an evaluation of my left nasal passage because when I was 15 I was involved in a car accident and as an adult I cannot really breath out of the left nostril. This caused sleep apnea. In an attempt to find out more about surgery I asked the doctor what his thoughts were. He told me he wanted to not only create a larger nasal passage (which makes perfect sense) but he also wanted to shave my uvula back... this was completely unnecessary. The only time a uvula should be shaved is when someone cannot receive adequate air because they are obese or the main airway in the neck is blocked... So basically the Dr, wanted to make money and not think about what me, the patient needed. Kind of scary huh? Then comes the billing.... I made it very clear I did not have extra money to spend on testing because at the time I was a full-time… student. The Dr. told me "I was covered" by insurance, naturally I trusted him and got the tests done, then received a large bill.... I am not dumb and I understand the co-pays of insurance. What I was upset about is the way they made it sound. They misguided me to think that I would not have to pay any additional out of pocket money... Overall I wouldn't recommend this practice to anyone.

I cannot say enough FABULOUS things about Dr. Roger Zundel. HE IS AN INCREDIBLE DOCTOR. He has performed two surgeries on my neck for thyroid cancer. He have a good sense of humor, treats me with respect, and listens to my concerns. I wish every doctor were as wonderful as Dr. Zundel is.

Dr Zundel repaired my very broken nose. It's like new. Fabulous job.

He removed our daughters tonsils/adnoids at 2.5 and now he is removing mine. He also did my sister-n-laws thyroid cancer surgery. We wouldn't go to anyone else!
