Dr. Daoud is an amazing fellow. I met him prior to my surgery and loved him because he cared, he is knowledgeable, patient, kind and spends time with you like you are a person not just a file most doctors just flip through as your speaking and they pretend to listen but they are not. Dr Daoud attended to me after my 1 level spinal fusion at Chapman Medical Center in Orange and he came and checked on me frequently and he always had a warm nature and smile across his face even though I knew he was very very busy, he took his time. I have met lots and lots of doctors over the course of 3 yrs from a back injury I sustained at work, and by far Dr. Daoud made me feel like I mattered. He is super awesome!

Dr. Ronald Daoud is the best of the best! He continues to provide professional patient care to my family and I. His compassion, warm and friendly manner creates a family atmosphere in his business practice and he is known for going above and beyond in the needs and care of his patients and follows up as needed. I strongly recommend Dr. Daoud, he is an angel not only to our family, but to everyone around him. We are blessed to have him in our lives.

The most frustrating part of being one of this Dr.'s patients is the time you have to wait to get answers from the office including test results, medication refills, referral information, etc. I have to call over and over again, with no return calls even though they say they will call back. Then when I have to call several times due to lack of communication on their part, the front desk uses the tone that they are bothered by my calls. It becomes very uncomfortable and there have been many occassions where I will just make the neccessary calls myself because they are not doing it or it takes forever.

Dr Daoud, Sherry and the rest of the staff are a perfect professional team. Sherry is the first person to greet me always friendly. She remembers details about me, like how was your daughter wedding. The nurses are friendly and know. Dr. Daoud is caring and attentive, never rushes me and always has me sit in his office after my exam to discuss my care. Sherry makes sure insurance and any other paperwork I need is current before I leave. Dr Daoud has given me samples of medicine to try so I don't spend money on medicine until we find the right one. I wish you had 10 stars on your rating I would give them all to Dr Daoud and his staff!
