Dr. Ronald Gerard Davis, MD

Dr.Davis is a very knowledgeable , professional and my child thinks he is wonderful. Dr. Davis has been my child's Doctor for over 10 years. Dr.Davis staff are so kind, patient and amazing to us.

Even though we are telling him the symptoms he makes assumptions on what medicines should be assumed immediately - some are old and outdated with so many newer cleaner drugs available. Being somewhat educated we as parents had to put our foot down and say we didn't want to do these meds lets try others first. He misses the obvious at times and didn't stop by son's seizures. But he is sure quick to make sure you do a 24 hr EEG every year!

Passionate, dedicated and very professional staff. Love them and highly recommend them.

Dr. Davis has been my daughter's neurologist for many years. He is extremely knowledgeable in his field. He is always interested in my concerns for her and my opinions for what is best for her. His office staff works hard to accommodate our busy schedule. There is no other neurologist I would trust with my daughter's health.

This doctor makes a diagnosis very quickly based on a hunch. If you as a parent wish to discuss the diagnosis with the doc to the staff cuts you off and gives you an appointment months away

I love this doctor and all his staff. I would recommend this doctor to anyone.

He is the best dr I have come in contact with! My daughter sees him and Kay and they are wonderful as well as the rest of the staff. They care about the child and also care about the parent. They listen to the parent and want to work as a team with the family. Anytime I have needed to call after hours or get in as an emergency visit it has been real easy. Couldn't ask for a better dr and my daughter has seen the team for almost 8 years now! He is not pushy and really listens to your concerns!

I couldn't ask for a better doctor! He is always full of information for us. Always takes time to listen to us and gives us as much time as we need to ask questions or express concerns. Always addresses each concern with us in detail. Goes over test results as many times as needed to make sure we understand them and explains things in terms we do understand. His bedside manner is wonderful. I always schedule my appointments ahead of time and they are always with the doctor. There have been a few times we have made last minute/emergency appointments with the NP and she was just as good as seeing the doctor. When Dr. Davis could not give my son a diagnosis, he knew exactly where to send us to get one. My son's disease is very complex and most doctors don't understand it. Dr. Davis knows lots about it and is not ashamed to tell me when I need to consult the other doctor for answers to certain questions. I completely trust him with my son's care.

I have yet to actually meet a parent who like Dr Davis and his staff. We have been going to him for 4 years becaus of our insurance and we have only ever seen him 2 times. Every other time we've gone we've seen a different nurse practitioner. No continuity of car AT ALL. And the offive staff is worse. High turn-over for both the NP's and the office staff... not usually a good sign! On top of all that he did not listen to my husband or I when we tried to tell him our daughter's seizure medication was not working. Hee blew us off. He and/or an NP kept increasing our daughter's med dose and she kept having more seizures. I finally documented the pattern and carefully explained it to the NP at our next appt. She too saw the pattern and took her off theat medication and put her on a new one. No seizures since. Most recently they called in the wrong dose on her medications to the pharmacy. Next year we are changing our insurance and our neurologist.
