Dr. Ronald Arnold Pacis, DO

I wish I'd gone to a different provider and not wasted my time. Presented with intermittent tachycardia and admitted to the ER multiple nights over the last few months for palpitation spells with 210 bpm heart rate. Provided Dr. Pacis with a written account of everything, and he glanced at it for ten seconds before moving on. What few questions he asked were addressed in the write-up, which I read aloud for him. He blew off my concerns by saying the labs were "normal," even after I told him that the holter monitor didn't capture any spells in 48 hours. It was clear after five minutes that he wasn't listening to me or my mother at all. A complete waste of time.

Poor listener and seems to have made up his mind that you have to be treated a full blown drug routine for something that might happen in the future as apposed to what is happening now.

Caring, enthusiastic and professional, Dr.Pacis exceeded our expectations. He gave both myself and my husband (the patient) confidence in his abilities and knowledge. I liked that he spoke highly of his colleagues. He suggested appropriate follow-up for my husband, over the coming year. We both look forward to a continued meaningful relationship with Dr. Pacis and MMP..
