Dr. Ronald Casey Strahan, MD

With the awful experience of having my tonsils removed as an adult, Dr Strahan was above and beyond helpful in every way. From providing me his personal phone number after surgery to answering my many questions and concerns over and over always in detail, his bedside manner is unmatched. When things got bumpy he listened to my concerns and dealt with the complication quickly and efficiently while giving me time to breathe, supporting me and reassuring me that getting them removed was 100% necessary and that it will be worth it, despite the difficult recovery. Dr Strahan is a phenomenal physician and I will recommend him to anyone with ENT problems in heartbeat.

Said that I did not have a deviated septum when in fact I did. I went to see another doctor who helped me with surgery. Dr. Strahan was very rude and condescending. HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND. Also, I was billed for a service that I was unaware of - a service which never occurred.

Total idiot. Said I didn’t have sinus problems. I went to 2 other doctors who looked at my CT scan and ended up having surgery. I had severe sinusitis and this “doctor” acted like it was a joke. Also his assistant billed me for a service that was not provided. If I had listened to this moron, I’d still be suffering.
