The worst treatment I have ever received from a (so-called) doctor. He doesn'"t deserve the title. As a former nurse, I agree with all the previous poor reviews; they are spot on! I have had multiple spine surgeries and been diagnosed with intractable pain. No physical exam or proper history taken. Condescending, intimidating, dismissive, and even threatening.

I have been a patient of Dr. Tilley's for several years. I was on a lot of medicine when I first came to him over the years we have tried different things for my pain I am off most all the medicine & after getting a ristomy it has helped me more than any thing we have tried over the years I would recommend if Dr. Tilley says a ristomy will help you to try it. I can't believe how much better I can walk and how much it has help my pain. I would recommend Dr. Tilley because he will continue to work with you to find a way to help you.

I have been a patient of Dr Tilley's for many years.He is very educated in his field . He has a great bedside manner and he and his staff are very friendly and caring. I would recommend him to anyone with chronic pain

I had severe neck pain and was told that the vertebrae in my neck, 1-7 were deteriorated and were the cause of my neck pain and limited movement. I could not turn from side to side or swing a golf club. I was prescribed physical therapy and tried that two different times for 4 months each, and it did not help for more that a day or two. I was finally referred to Dr. Tilley, and he was very caring and sincere, and asked many questions and then gave me a few options regarding my situation. I opted for injections because of my age-80 years- and had noticed improvement immediately after the first shot. I kept going with the treatment and now can move from side to side without major pain, and can also swing a golf club again and also work out in the yard. I recommend him highly.

Dr. Tilley is professional, courteous and understanding. He really keeps on top of your issues. Offers options and does not force a treatment not wanted like others have me. I just about gave up until I was referred to him. He evaluates and shows concern about ones issues. He is not a pill pusher like some either. I highly recommend him if you want your life back.

dr tilley is your typical greedy doctor who does not care about his patients suffering. he will start by taking away your pain meds and force you into expensive shots into your spine that do not work and cost 10000 bucks. his fast food assembly line techniques allow him to do about 50 a day. at that point he takes more pain meds away without even telling you.hes a liar and a disgrace to his profession. unfortunately most patients have no choice but to go to the pain clinic.

The overall was good. During followup visits the long wait times between check-in and seeing the doctor are excessive.

I was in sever pain Dr. Tilley; explained to me why I was in pain, what procedure would work best for me, was very considerate during the procedure, and during the follow up he showed true concern for me as if I was a close friend. Dr. Tilley has always been a complete gentleman every time I see him. I have and will continue to refer friends and family to Dr. Tilley. Dealing with his staff is like visiting old friends. Each member of his staff are professional and very caring when they take care of me. I will continue to see Dr. Tilley without any worries or concerns because of the way he is truly concerned for my well being.

You dont have a choice to discuss your care with your mate. Its his way or the highway. He accusses you of all kinds of things that arent true. He does not listen. He does not believe any condition you may have. And no 2 people in a family can have the same things wrong even if it's in your records not even if it's backed up by x-rays. He lies.
