Dr. Roy Lomeli Saenz, MD

Receptionist is extremely rude and they make billing mistakes causing you to have to spend time to get it corrected. They tried to bill me for a copay after I already paid in the office but when I called to get it corrected they claimed that my insurance was trying to bill an additional $20 which is 100% not true. What's sad is my wife and I both had an "office visit", we both have the same insurance and they are billing her correctly but cant seem to understand the mistake is theirs leaving me to call our insurance to get it situated.

I don't visit Dr. Saenz office very often, but whenever I do I get the best service I've had in years. The Dr. Takes the time to spend with you and makes you feel like a friend or family member.

I have come into this office feeling terrible only for him to have me wait for an hour and some times longer just to spend 2 minutes in the room with me and say nothing is wrong. I spend more time in the room with his assistants than him. He will not run the test which you request. He does not appear to be a caring man and needs more bed side manner practice.
