Dr. Sameer Sofat, MD

I had worse experience. I asked specifically for an MD cardiology appt, front desk said, they don't have any appointments with Sofat brothers for six months. At the end they scheduled me with a PA. When I went for my appt. after vitals I waited in the room for about an hour and I could not wait any longer I had to come back without seeing PA . After I left, got a call from the Dr. office and asking me if I want to reschedule. I told the office manager, if this is how you operate I don't want to reschedule. I felt these are very much commercial doctors rather than service oriented. They schedule with as many people as possible and make them wait. At the cost of people time they make money.

My experience with Dr. Sameer Sofat resulted in confidence, trust and excellent care. Literally saved my life. My wonderful GP (Rupinder Singh) sent me to Dr. Sofat for a stress test. I was completely asymptomatic, except for high cholesterol and family history. I had no symptoms, no signs, no concerns. But, Dr. Sophat saw a "little something... could be nothing. But, let's take a closer look." This resulted in the discovery and resolution of a life threatening condition. With calm and loving care in follow-up exams, this skilled clinician took time to examine, diagnose, explain, consult, provide options and a treatment plan. The good news is that I still have no symptoms, but am now acutely aware, informed and healthier. I am also most grateful to Dr. Sameer Sofat and his staff for their thoughtful and effective care. I highly recommend Dr. Sofat. He earned my confidence and trust. I received excellent, life saving care.

Despite repeated phone calls - Never returns phone calls

I appreciate how much care Dr. Sofat puts into my care. He reviews my history before he ever enters the exam room so he isn't walking in blind. Thankfully, I've never had a major cardiac issue and all of my care is basic. However, I have every confidence that should a problem arise, I am in the best hands possible.

My parents have used both Drs. Sofat for the past 11 years; couldn't be more pleased with all aspects of their practice. Very patient, explains everything, right-on diagnosis, truly trustworthy. So much so that I, myself now use them. Would highly recommend them to any family member or friend.

Dishonest, over testing, arrogant

Horrible staff and horrible doctors, both brothers are nice on the face but clever on the back. Told me about my diagnosis something different and wrote on the paper different. Don't trust them at all.

I have very tough standards for the amount of money I spend on my healthcare. My expectations are high and customer service and patient care are my top two. Dr. Sofat and his staff were wonderful. And I don't say that lightly. It takes a lot for me to give someone two thumbs up but in my experieince with them, that's what I give them. Dr. Sofat took his time to review my test results with me and explained everything where I could understand it. I didn't feel rushed. The staff was polite and caring. If he and his staff were less than stellar, I would say so and tell you to run the other way. But this office is tops in my book! I highly recommend them!
