Dr. Sanjeev Gopal, MD

I’m not sure how this Dr. is even practicing. He was not caring, empathetic at all in any way. I basically paid 300+ for a 5 min appt, if that. The way I was treated was unacceptable. Basically, in my view, he told me since I’m not having physical issues and tho I had already been diagnosed prev. yes, that it was a joke. He then proceeded to tell me that the pain I’ve been having was from a car accident rather from my diagnosis, because he was able to see that I have a neurologist appointment. Not only that but he proceeded to belittle from a sweatshirt I was wearing and says that he should get one with all 1%. Then he ask me if I’ve been feeling fatigued and I said yes he then blames it on an eye issue. Then he tells me to schedule an appointment in a month and to get my blood drawn?!? As im sitting there for a labs he’s walking out. ’m definitely going to speak with my Primary regarding this dr. He needs to drop the hematology part from his practice.

I have been accompanying a close friend to her appointments with Dr. Gopal for over a year. From day 1, we knew that she was in good hands. He is kind, caring and compassionate. He never rushes us through the appointment, and thoughtfully addresses all of our questions and concerns. We consider him to be the Gold Standard for professional, competent and caring medical treatment. We are both very thankful to have found Dr. Gopal.

He is the best. I was a new patient, he helped guide me through my diagnoses. He is just a wonderful doctor.

Dr Gopal provided excellent care and treatment for my wife when she was battling cancer.

Was not engaged at all in our case. Never prescribed proper chemotherapy. Worried more about his license to prescribe drugs than the pain his patient was experiencing. Always said he was concerned but seemed more caring of the number of visits and monetary charges than interested in the treatments. Don't go to this doctor if you want proper care. Watch his office/visitation charges. You will notice strange billing information. I would give him no stars if that were one of the options.

No bedside manner with patient . More into percentages and ratios then actually explaining health issues at a level a normal person could understand. If passing him in the hall at his office will not even acknowledge that he knows you or has talked with you. Did not feel he was "with it" when prescribing chemo levels.
