Dr. Santiago Gancayco De Los Angeles, MD

We recently moved to FLorida and needed to get with a doctor for med management for our daughter. Our insurance provided Brevard Health Alliance and they put us with Dr. De Los Angeles. He has been nothing but difficult and unprofessional to work with at every turn. He no shows for appointments - then that makes it impossible to have her medications renewed. He misprescribed her medications twice. We now as of the time of this writing have had her miss medications because he has delayed sending them into the pharmacy...by 3 and 4 days. We have met with him twice and both times his bedside manner was appalling. He wrote the wrong prescription the first time - and all meds were in proper order when we moved from Iowa. He just didn't read her records correctly. Sadly our insurance has limited us to who we can see and now, because of the horrible care from Dr. De Los Angeles, we are going to pay out of pocket just to get a higher quality care provider. It is surprising that a Doctor who… only prescribes medication, cannot get it right month after month and he has no empathy to care for the harm his lack of attention causes the patients.

Conversations very hostile. Attacked my character, felt judged, and felt like I was being scolded. He would not give me a chance to explain how severely I was abused last 8 years and " laughed " in my face. I have never been treated this way in my life and I 40 years old. HE IS AWFUL and I would never go there again or take my children. He should be bared and never able to treat anyone again, cus he is NOT there cus he cares. HE DOES NOT CARE! Changed doctors that same day and not one problem. We saw him at the SARNO office Brevard Health Alliance
