Best doctor I’ve had. She cares, listens and explains more thoroughly than I’ve ever experienced.

Dr. Reynolds’ behavior constitutes unprofessional conduct, a failure to respect patient dignity, and a breach of the standard of care expected of licensed physicians, particularly when treating vulnerable patients experiencing chronic pain. Such behavior undermines patient trust and raises serious concerns regarding oversight, training, and accountability within your facility. She has terrible reviews! Why is she still allowed to practice is beyond my understanding.

Dr. Caceres treats me not only as an adult, but as if I was a member of the family. She is very professional and very down to earth friendly. As I can be a little hard headed sometimes, she takes the time to explain to me the why I should be doing something for my own good. What I like the most is her honesty with my medical issues with me. No sugar coating, no blowing sunshine, she tells me like it is, which I respect the most. I highly recommend her.

Under no circumstances should you see this doctor. Unprofessional and rude. She is terrible and disgustingly condescending. She is argumentative and refuses to listen to your concerns. Argues then is out in 5 mins. Don't say I didnt warn you. She clearly needs to have her license revoked. ASAP Reading these reviews are scary. I wonder how many others she has treated this way and really collects a check as a doctor. Just unbelievable. This woman is cleary terrible.

Being a part of the TGH family already in the downtown location. I joined this location last year after purchasing a home in the Brandon. This would be my 2nd visit. I booked an appointment to see a Dr. Received a text that my Dr for that day would be Dr Sara Caceres. I was instructed to be there 15 minutes early. I checked in around 2:20 and was called back to see the Dr I think 15 or 20 after 3pm. Met with the young lady that got me prepared for the Dr. I sat in the room till 4:10. When Dr Sara Caceres came in introduced herself and asked what brought you in today. I said to her I was waiting a total of over an 1:15 minute. With no apology, she said if I don’t like it go to the front desk and talk to the manager or reschedule your appointment. I was so in shock hearing this from a Dr. (a professional individual) She then again said why are you here. I didn’t answer, I was still in shock at her tone. She just seemed extremely rude and dare I question the time I waited. She had no… remorse for her patient. She just got up from her seat opened the door and walked out. I sat there ever more shock that a professional individual with such a big title was not schooled on manners. She should not be working with the public. Never mind being a first responder. I’m extremely surprised that a Dr with such attitude works for a faculty as large as TGH.

She is especially insensitive dealing with elderly people, poor bedside manners. Any referrals are up to her discretion. Dr Caceres was rude, condescending, and lacked compassion. While she was thorough in her questioning and did not rush, she was disrespectful with her responses and delivery.

As a new patient, we were excited to meet Dr. Caceres until we actually met her. We waited over an hour to see her, which was fine, we assumed she took time with each of her patients. The medical assistant returned to the room approximately 4 times with questions she failed to ask that were requested by Dr. Cacares which were already on the paperwork we were asked to fill out prior to arriving. Once we met Dr. Cacares, she was rude, condescending, and lacked compassion. While she was thorough in her questioning and did not rush, she was disrespectful with her responses and delivery. At one point, she even said "you are the kind of patient I do not like taking care of". Once she left the room, to ask her staff questions regarding our care, she never returned. We had to ask the staff member whether she was done with our visit. In addition, Dr. Cacares is very clear, regardless you have a preference for a referral to as specific specialist, she only refers to specialists she… works with personally and any referrals are up to her discretion. She reports this is to make patient experiences seamless, which couldn't be farthest from the truth given her poor bedside manner.

Went to get catheter removed She scheduled appointment too late in the day she had personal business. Add me come back the following Monday they did not have the proper tools to remove the catheter. Rescheduled my appointment By that time I was in so much pain I have to go to the hospital to have the catheter removed I and a bladder infection and was retaining urine. After this I went to a follow up at her office could not find a place to park too many people in office park. We left I called the doctor they said it wasn't their problem. I called back later to get my prescriptions renewed that I need for breathing treatments she would not do it said have your new doctor do it. If I need any further help to go to a walk in clinic. I wonder why Her last office was closed permanently.
