I agree with another review. Dr Ganta is very skilled but his office staff from manager on down is very unprofessional, rude and clueless. I was yelled and screamed at by one of them.

Horrible experience with his staff! Extremely unprofessional, discourtious, and completely ignored repeated requests for help when I was in pain after surgery. Every appointment the doctor was at least half an hour behind, sometimes an hour. Communication with his staff would sometimes take up to 4 days to receive a response, via email. Twice after surgery, I had to wait more than 24 hours and then more than 48 hours, when I was in a high level of pain, for his office to even respond. The first time, after leaving multiple voicemail messages, I was finally successful in speaking to someone because I kept calling them repeatedly until someone would answer the phone and speak to me. The second time, they only returned my call after I had an appointment with my primary care physician and she called them directly. They also ignored a request directly from my pharmacist. I will be filing an official complaint with the Texas medical board and I hope that I'm not actually having severe… complications because I'm still in pain, less than 2 weeks post-op, and they have been unwilling to address my concerns appropriately, to determine if my pain is normal or cause for concern.

Great bedside manner. Very passionate about his work and never judgemental about my questions. Staff very kind and professional.
