Dr Arora has been my go to retina doc for years, and recently became so successful to open up his own practice. Everything about his new place is an almost idealized sort of experience. I came in for my check up and immediately got greeted by a very attentive and professional staff that got me going. After a very brief wait, a tech called Tisa took me to an exam room and took very good care of me; she was very friendly and efficient and made me feel calm. Dr. Arora came in a few minutes later and gave me my check up very efficiently. He was again very attentive and willing to answer all of my questions. He surprised me by remembering about me and my family, and asked about them. He made sure that I knew everything I wanted to know and took the time to allay all of my misgivings and questions. Dr. Arora and his team take you back to a time when Drs actually cared about patients. He is not only one of the best at what he does, technically, but also takes the time to make you feel… comfortable with the whole process.
