Dr. Saweda Alma Bright, MD

Dr Bright My name is Dr. Haughton-Green, a board certified pediatrician and clinical bariatrician who practices in Orlando, Florida. I had my first appointment with Dr. Bright today. Tamika, her receptionist, makes you feel right at home when you enter. Her smile lights up the lobby. The medical assistants are friendly as well. Dr. Bright is a tall, beautiful, fit, physician with a winning smile and warm personality. When you meet her, you immediately like her. She has the best bed side manner. She takes the time to listen to you, has a wealth of knowledge, and talks to you while she is doing your exam. She tells you what is going to happen next. This really helps you feel at ease. Her staff are well trained. I am a very hard stick and her phlebotomist, Chantelle, drew my book and I did not even feel the butterfly needle enter my vein! I also had my ultrasound by Rebecca, who was so kind and reassuring as she did the procedures. If I could give 10 out of 5 stars I would! I will refer… all of my patients, family and friends to Dr. Bright! God answered my prayers. I could the best Gyn in Orlando!

Dr. Saweda may have good credentials, but she certainly has no bedside manner or professionalism. On my first visit, she performed the most painful vaginal exam I've ever experienced in my 65 years. I screamed so loudly that I scared patients in the hallway. The exam room was freezing and I had to wait for Dr. Saweda in a paper gown for 25 minutes. I was traumatized by my visit. I was scheduled for a 2nd visit so I arrived early to find out that Dr. Saweda was not there. Her office was so disorganized that they booked her for an emergency procedure on the same day that she was to see patients. The office called my home number to apprise me of the situation just 1 minute before my appointment. I had already driven 1 hour and paid many tolls to get to her office. I called the Patient Relations Department at Inova to complain about Dr. Saweda. I left 3 messages without any callback. I tried again and talked to a person. They promised to follow up with me. That was… months ago and I haven't heard anything. I now have a great doctor who is professional, compassionate, and takes her patients on time. She is with Capital Women's Care---not Inova. My doctor is not on call for emergencies when she is scheduled to see patients. What a concept!
