I was recommended to Dr. Cooper for a second opinion with an issue concerning my back. My first impression of Dr. Cooper was warm, positive and completely friendly. He took the time to EXPLAIN in layman’s terms what was going on with my back, completely refuting the first prognosis. His bedside manner made me feel like I was talking to my family doctor, not someone I just met under these circumstances. Long story short, his diagnosis was spot on, his recommendation and procedure fixed my injury from a motor vehicle accident. I think the most important thing healthcare professionals sometimes forget is to empathetically listen to their patients. He made me feel like my injury was important to him. He is down to earth, extremely well versed in his discipline of medicine and I would highly recommend him to my family. Thank you for correcting my injury Dr. Cooper. I would also like to thank his office staff for all their help in setting up my appointments in a timely… fashion. They made SEVERAL calls to check in on my progress after my surgery. Waited over an hour after my 2 months ago scheduled appointment and ended leaving without being seen! Front end staff horrible and didn't even care or show any compassion!!

Dr. Cooper listened to me, figured out what was wrong with my back by examining me and the tests proved he was right. He works with you on treatment and doesn't quit on you until you feel better either! All this and he's got a good sense of humor! He's the best.
