Dr. Scott Randall Towbin

Wish it could of been zero. My mom went there this morning as a new patient and was turned away because she had a cough. They stated that the dr. does not see any patients that have a cough and that she can do a Google chat with the doctor, really how are you supposed to examine a person's lungs, heart, etc on Google. How can he call himself a doctor.

Dr. Towbin is patient, a great listener, helpful and goes above and beyond to make sure his patients get the care that they need. If he is unsure about something he will research it and refer you to a specialist if needed. He has been a blessing to both my husband and I and we are grateful for his wisdom. FIVE STARS ALL THE WAY!! :)

Dr. Towbin is an amazing doctor and a very kind man!

I have gone to Dr. Towbin for several years now. When my original doctor left Heart and Family Institute I was upset because I had no idea who I would end up seeing. To my surprise after seeing several other doctors they have I was sent to Dr. Towbin. I can say today that was the best thing that has happened to me since I was not expecting to get the best. I have never met a doctor that cares as much about his patients as he does. If you have a problem he does his best to treat it and if he thinks someone else can do a better job or it is not in his field, he will gladly send you to another doctor. He is very kind and considerate of what ever is wrong with you. He makes sure he leaves nothing to chance. He has you tested for what ever he thinks you need testing for. He always listens to what you have to say and he never rushes you. He gives you all the time you need to explain your problem. I have never had to wait very long in the waiting room. He has his schedule worked out very… well. I can not say anything bad about him because he has helped me through some very difficult things that were wrong with me. I am 70 years old and he treats me as if he would treat a younger person. Like I said he is wonderful to listen and you can tell he is thinking about what is wrong and he does his best to help you anyway he can. He is also very good to keep a check on you to see if what ever was wrong has improved. I can say I am very happy to have him as my family doctor and his way of treating his patients is what you would expect from a doctor that knows what he is doing. Thank you Dr. Towbin for helping me through some very difficult things.

I have called seven times in the last two weeks to get a prescription filled. Still nothing.

I finally got my Mother to switch doctors and start seeing Dr. Towbin. On her first visit, he spent over an hour with her taking her history and reviewing her list of meds. He asked her lots of questions, but mostly listened to her concerns. His approach was caring, conservative and thorough. My mother LOVED him! His medical staff; Christina, Lillian and Geraldine were all warm and friendly to my mother. Thank you Dr. Towbin and your AWESOME medical staff for treating my mother with such great care and understanding!

He was understanding and took the time to explain what my situation was. He did not rush through my appointment. Glad I found Dr. Towbin

I have had the pleasure of Dr. Scott Towbin to care for our Family for our General Physicians for the last few years. I would recommend Dr. Towbin to anyone who wants a doctor that listens to his patients, that leaves no stone unturned if there is an issue that he feels needs to be followed through with a specialist. He trusts his patience to know their own care as well. He will take any time needed to make sure you understand your health reports, and if there is something he does not know he will find out to better understand you as a patient.
