Dr. Sheldon Regenbaum, MD

Five stars: I recommend Sheldon Regenbaum without reservation. He is thorough, patient, highly competent. He diagnosed my problem, and described my alternatives. Fortunately, I responded well to treatment. His schedule is busy, and it's an unfortunate fact when you're in pain. But he, and his staff, try hard to accommodate you.

Dr. Regenbaum is priceless. He has been one of the only doctors I can say that about. He was assigned to me while I was in ICU, yet I continued to go to him when I was out. I have a very rare spinal disease. He has spent countless hours researching and treating my disease. Because of him, I can walk again. His staff is amazing. You definitely want to go to him if you feel like you haven’t gotten any answers. I spent a year trying to find a good doctor, and by the grace of god, I had him while in the hospital. 6 years later, he is the ONLY one that helps me. He treats you like family. I cannot say enough good things about him. He is forever THE BEST in the business, and I’m a daughter of a doctor and have family members that are doctors.

I thought Dr Regenbaum made an accurate diagnosis, was a good listener and had compassion for the horrible excruciating pain I was in. He said he would do a nerve block on the following Wed. I felt he had given me hope. BUT his office staff informed me that he had no openings on Wed. Or any day the following week . Dr. Regenbaum did not say that it would depend on his schedule. He promised to do it the following week knowing how I was suffering . His entire administrative staff was uncaring , very rude and lied to me on the phone . They would not go out of their way to help me send my records to another Dr. Who was able to do the procedure sooner . They caused additional suffering to me and made me cry. It's sad that a reputable Dr. Would have such an incompetent staff, and they each lie to protect each other . Sad thing is that the Dr. Is probably totally unaware!

Dr Regenbaum always takes the time and listens to me. Dr. Regenbaum and his PA' s are kind and sympathetic.
