This man is a liar and a fraud. Stay far away.

He is the worst doctor. He could not make a decision of diagnosing symptoms. He just left me with stabbing pain for a month and I suffered. I have been his patient for 7 years I usually go for my annual physical and minor symptoms like cold/cough etc... but this time I went for serious intense headache pain and could not get diagnose. His staff has attitude issue as well. I will not recommend any one going to this place. Find yourself a good doctor and take care of your health. Your health is important than any thing else.

I have been a patient of Dr Sheldon Stern for many years. He is a very compassionate and responsive doctor. I highly recommend him. Abby, his assistant is also great. They make a great team and I will keep coming to them for my health care as long as Dr Stern is practicing!

I visited his office in January 2015 for a first apt (changed insurance) and had swelling in my left leg that I thought was from a bug bite. He said he didn't think that was what it was but didn't try to figure it out. He told me I was getting older (age 64) I started to feel bad off and on but it was flu season so assume it was a flu. I had a flu shot but they didn't choose the right serum that year. 5/1/2015 Dr Stern diagnosed me with a slight pneumonia & I was given zpack/expectorant. After a few days got much worse. Told his staff and they told me to give it more time - not to come in. Still worse - I called and told them I had to get in to see Dr & they REFUSED to get me in. I called my BS HMO & they sent me to urgent care on Telegraph & Maple. Dr there SAVED MY LIFE diagnosed collapsed lung and huge lung abscess. He called an ambulance & I was admitted to Beaumont Royal Oak where I had emergency lung surgery, severe sepsis and was put in a managed coma for several… weeks in ICU and later in over a month of physical rehab to walk & talk again at Beaumont RO & Nottinghill in W. Bloomfield. I'm still outraged at his office. Adam Lackey MD performed the thoracic surgery. My daughter who lives in NYC ended up with me for a month through this ordeal. I am now in NYC and am seen at New York Presbyterian Hospital & Memorial Sloan Kettering and am in an insanely expensive assisted living residence because of complications from this ordeal. The Infectious disease specialist said it could have been a bite that got into my blood stream or a pernicious pneumonia. I ended up having atrial fibrulation, kidney issues and a range of issues from this practice. My daughter was married in Bologna, Italy and it was too late to reschedule the wedding - so I also missed her wedding because of c-diff from one of the antibiotics they used in the hospital to save my life. No way I could fly in that condition.

Long time patient, very satisfied. Good access when there is an emergency.

I have been seeing Dr. Stern for over around 20 years. He has always diagnosed my wife and I correctly, including times when the emergency room misdiagnosed my wife. He always answers all of your questions and you never feel rushed. And the best is you can always get in and he runs on time.

My wife and I have been seeing Dr. Stern for over 15 years. I almost only only wait 5-10 minutes before being seen. I have never had any trouble getting in to see him in an emergency.His diagnose of our problems is always very accurate. In one case, he diagnosed my wife's meningitis after two emergency room visits failed to diagnose the problem.

Dr. Stern is a caring doctor! He always takes time to explanin things and loves his patients. I would rec. Dr. Stern for sure!

This doctor is a walking nightmare. He alters his medical records. This guy is one fellow to stay away from
