Dr. Shital K Patel, DO

I only saw Dr Patel twice. After the initial visit, she suddenly was no longer available, although she kept signing up new patients. And even after my night visit to the ER for a burst blood vessel, she couldn't be bothered. I'm assuming her goal in life is to fill chairs for her office and let other medical staff fill in.

She is caring and yku are not anotber "num sd".

This provider could benefit from actually listening to the patient and spend less time arguing and talking over them. Very combatitive attitude and lack of interest in providing care. Same questions were asked multiple times a few moments apart which indicated that the provider was not listening at all. When questions were asked the provider acted very rude and almost belligerent by raising her voice. The provider left the room and actually saw another patient during my visit. This was confirmed by a medical assistant after the provider had been gone for over 35 minutes. A simple office visit turned into the worst healthcare experience I have ever had. Not only would I not recommend this provider to friends or family, I would not recommend this provider to a critically injured or terminally ill person with no other options for healthcare. If this is the standard that Honor maintains then healthcare in Arizona has hit a sad low.
