Dr. Shoib Myint, DO

I am writing this review to make people aware of my exceptional medical experience with Dr. Shoib Myint. I was experiencing diminishing vision in both eyes and the awkwardness of drooping eye lids. This affected my everyday life and it was getting worse. It became imperative that I find a confident Doctor to perform the surgery on my eyes. My search for the perfect Doctor revealed that Dr. Shoib Myint had great reviews and an outstanding reputation as an eye surgeon. My insurance company recommended him to perform the surgery. When I met with him he explained every step of the surgical procedure and I felt completely comfortable during the entire process. I am extremely pleased with the eye surgery that he performed. As a result of his knowledge and skill as an outstanding surgeon, my vision has improved significantly and my eye lids are tight and firm. Needless to say, I highly recommend Dr. Shoib Myint and sincerely thank him for the great job that he did. He is an… exceptional Surgeon with a great deal of knowledge and skill in his field. I feel extremely fortunate to be one of his recent patients. My sincere gratitude to Dr. Shoib Myint and his assistant Britney. They are a great team and made my vision experience extremely successful and one that I am sincerely thankful for. Here I am one week from a brow lift done by Dr Myint. I can honestly say that it has exceeded my expectations. With the surgery on a Thursday, bandages off on Friday, I was out and about with just a bit of makeup to cover some bruising by my eye. Everyone is different, but I had no pain and the only thing I can say is that it felt like I had a hat on that was a bit too tight. I would highly recommend Dr Myint. He is professional, personable and answered all my questions. I also found the office staff to be supportive and caring.

First of all I would like to say that Dr. Myint is Amazing; I have graves disease and had a thyroidectomy which caused my eyes to protrude. people with thyroid eye disease who are affected by exophthalmos a condition where the eyeball protrudes from the eye.The eyes are particularly vulnerable to Graves' eye disease Thyroid eye disease is an autoimmune condition affecting the eyes that is associated with Graves’ disease. This immune response against the thyroid gland can sometimes also affect the eyes – as in thyroid eye disease. There has never been a safe and effective treatment for Graves' eye disease, it causes an autoimmune attack on the muscles around the eyes. . I then had an orbital decompression to push my eyes back but this left me unable to close my eyes .The eyes are particularly vulnerable to Graves' eye disease I was a mess and I had over 25 surgeries and surgical proceedures done because my eyes would not close, this was all in the course of 10 years of… suffering having to tape my eyes shut at night to sleep. Out of 5 surgeons that performed all of the surgeries none of them could fix my problem. Well I met Dr. Myint and he knew right away what to do, I don't really know what he did but he fixed my problem. My eyes now close after 10 years! Now I know why they call him Magic Myint. If you have graves disease, have thyroid problems and you need help with your eyes this is them man to see.... trust me I know Thank you Dr. Myint! Your the best!!!!!

I had my Asian eyelid surgery done with Dr. Myint and Co2 laser. What a dream treatment. Dr. Myint gave me a double eyelid but didn't erase who I am or my ethnicity. I just look so sexy and my friends are dying to know my secret. Dr. Myint, I can share you with the world because we need more doctors like you!!

Dr. Myint did superb work on the plastics. Very detailed, organized and professional to perfection.

This doc really cares. He takes the time to explain procedures unlike so many other doctors who try to rush you out. This guy needs his own show!

My overall experience was wonderful. The Dr and his staff were very professionsl. Dr Myint repaired an almost impossible eye lid that was damaged by another Dr. He is the best.

Dr. Myint performed upper and lower eyelid surgery on me. The results were fantastic!!!! He also has a great bedside manner which is hard to find. I recommended him to 3 other people, who did have the same surgery and were very pleased.
