I don’t understand all the 5 star reviews. I would not recommend this clinic to anyone. Dr.Sina is charming enough but seems abrupt and uninterested in spending time actually listening to what the patient is saying. I also found him a tad patronizing. And working with his staff is like pulling teeth. I wanted to speak with the office Manager to share my concerns because I don’t believe in leaving a review for what can be solved with simple training. But the Manager never called me back so here we are. They cancelled an appointment 20mins AFTER making me sit in their waiting room. I got a call from their office at 2:10 pm on the day before this appointment and they left a cryptic voicemail simply asking me to call back. I called back almost immediately. The lady who answered says she doesn’t know why I was called. Then she says there’s just a note on my file saying “allergy” so she’ll ask the tech to call me back. I even said I have an appointment tomorrow is that what the call might be… about. She says she doesn’t know. No one calls me back. But I get a text asking me to confirm my appointment which I do. Next morning I arrive on time for the appt. They say she’ll be right with you..after waiting for 20 mins - allergy tech walks up casually tells me she cannot do the appointment because they’re a tech short this week. I’m completely bamboozled. I’ve never had this experience. So I ask, why not give me some prior indication instead of wasting my trip. To which she annoyedly snaps “I called you!” And I say “yes I got your vm and I called right back and your office said they didn’t know why I was called but that they’ll ask you to call me back which you never did”. I can tell she realizes she’s messed up and instead of offering an apology she just shrugs and says “well I can’t do anything about it, I have another patient waiting so I’m going to go” and then walks off! I’m not an easily angered person. But I’ll admit this triggered me. Nothing like telling a sleep deprived, dog tired Mom that woke up early and practically dragged an unwilling child to child care just to make this appointment, only to be dismissed like that. Anyway, I ask the other lady why not send me a text..”we don’t text” ..okay then cancel the appointment in the system, that would have sent me some indication “oh, we can’t cancel the appointment at our end”..then leave me a voicemail or a note when I call back or even tell me when I check in that morning instead of making me wait in your waiting room for a cancelled appointment..like give me anything? “Oh we left you a voicemail” so I pulled out my phone to make her hear the voicemail that only said “hi this is a message for …. Please give me a call back at…” ..I didn’t understand. Seriously the lady could have spent 15 more seconds of her precious time to also add ‘I’m calling to reschedule your appt for tomorrow’ like that’s pretty basic. Anyway, I thought I'd send a message to the doctor through the patient portal asking if the allergy testing was necessary before our next appointment since I’d already had 2 recent negative allergy tests and his office couldn’t get me in for testing before the follow up. Turns out they don't know how to send an invite for the patient portal so that’s a dead end. They also got my birthdate wrong so I couldn’t register for my first appointment. They got my name wrong on the CT scan report. After 2 follow up appointments getting different gadgets put up my nose, ears and throat and paying for their inhouse CT scan..the Doc says he cannot tell me what’s wrong for certain till I do the allergy testing. The same allergy testing I was cancelled on. I give up..this has a very “there’s a hole in the bucket” vibe to it..eventually I asked myself would I trust this team with a scalpel to my face while I’m under anesthesia? The answer is a pretty solid NO. So I’m not going to follow up with them..maybe I’ll cancel the upcoming appointment by leaving a cryptic voicemail since that’s more

I am really pleased with the attention of Dr Sina, he explained to me very clear , he answer my questions., and seems very knowledgeable of my illness. I am very happy to have him as my doctor. Doris Pava

Dr. Sins Jooradchi is the nicest doctor I have ever been too. Very concerned and caring.

Dr. Joorabchi has a very arrogant actitude, he is always in a hurry and if your problem is not one that can be solve with surgery, then he has a hard time diagnosting, it is better to say, he does not even try to cure you.
