Had upper eyelid surgery which left my lids unable to close fully. This is a huge problem with sleep. She wouldn’t take responsibility for this major error. When asked to see my visit medical records, they were altered saying patient is well! I followed up for over 2 years with no solution. Her parting words with me “as you age they will soften & close again” Get a diff dr!

Had upper eyelid cosmetic surgery in 2023 - botched Unfortunately my eyelids don’t close all the way. A huge problem with sleeping. Dr Cohen would not take responsibility for this error. I saw her numerous times looking for a solution. She altered my records claiming all was good?! Her final words to me, “as you age, they will close”!

Was always late showing up. Not by a couple of minutes either. Get a surgeon who doesn't make you wait over 45 min everytime you needed to see them. How many times do you use traffic as an excuse before you'll leave a little earlier. Don't make the appointment if your not going to be there on time!

Her and her team are amazing!! Had the most amazing experience there. They are all so respectful and make you feel so comfortable!

Had a simple dermabrasion procedure by my eye gone wrong because of faulty equipment which she mentioned to her assistant that it was the second time. I left the office with a burn underneath my eye that lasted 2 months. As of now I still have a slight mark. Everyone that saw me advised me to get a lawyer. That's how bad it looked. The least they could have done was reimbursed my fee. Will not be returning nor would I recommend.

Currently on day 3 after my breast augmentation and beyond excited with my results. No pain what so ever a little discomfort which is totally normal but it's everything I imagine maybe even better. Very pleased with Dr.Cohen and staff they are awesome!

There is nobody like Dr Cohen, if you have a consultation with her you will know you found your doctor. She is by far the best breast surgeon there is. She is honest, kind, and brilliant.

Initially I was nervous about my appointment to discuss breast reconstruction due to upcoming mastectomy but Dr. Cohen made me feel at ease. All my worries and concerns washed away the moment she started explaining the how, why, and when's of the procedure. She has the best humane approach I've ever experienced with any doctor. Her staff is also very polite, courteous and knowledgeable.

She is a very petite young woman with the professionalism and mature approach that more doctors should have. Looking at her the first time I was amazed she was so accomplished. She operated on me in a same day surgery room and an hour later I was on my way home. She's terrific.

She is pleasant prior to your surgical procedure. However, if a problem develops from her work she denies responsibility! Had to seek help from another doctor to remediate a painful medical issue caused by her surgery!!
